Xbox party with friends unplayable

This has been an issue since the beta and I figured that it would have been fixed by launch. When you party up with friends and queue a game only part of the party or none at all actually get pulled into the game and the rest get left in the lobby. Even as party leader I often don’t get pulled into the game. At this point after launch this is beyond unacceptable to still be an issue in this game.

This happens EVERY time I play the game and I end up backing out of games more than I actually play them. Also happens after finally getting everyone into a game and going into the next one not everyone gets pulled again.
