< 48hrs REFUND DENIED BF6

Battlefield Season 2 repeatedly freezes my PC after about 30 minutes of gameplay. This is a full system lock, not just a crash to desktop. The last frame stays on screen or the screen goes black, the keyboard does not respond, temperatures freeze, and I have to hold the power button to shut the PC down. I updated Windows, verified the game files, used DDU in Safe Mode, clean-installed NVIDIA drivers 591.74 and 591.59, disabled overlays, lowered graphics settings, capped FPS, ran MemTest86 with 0 errors, and ran a 1-hour OCCT power test with no errors. Despite all of that, Battlefield still froze again after about 30 minutes, and I ultimately uninstalled the game.

Try checking if you have your graphics card set to high performance in your apps.

    Start-System-Display-Graphics

Set Battlefield 6 with your graphics card set to (high performance).

Also, pay attention to your CPU usage and heat.

It could crash because it's using your CPU excessively.

It will cause problems with other games but if you only play BF you’re all good.
