My game is having lag and stuttering issues that are not connection related.

If I play in the  campaign or shooting range the game goes as it should. When I start a multiplayer game, I start to experience frame drops, enemies and allies move Lagging, and my character moves in slow motion. I tried playing with all the graphics settings at minimum but it doesn't change anything at all, I think it's a bug related to the 3060 because I saw many users with 3060 having the same problems as me. Please fix this asap because the game is so frustrating when in reality it is so beautiful and fun.
