Matchmaking in Brazil is broken

DICE matchmaking in Brazil is broken, and there are excessive bots in our region. Is this related to the Amazon issue?

Take a look at the Brazilian servers; there are many players playing,
but matches are being completed by bots even during peak hours. Thanks for listening.

    Yes Matchmaking on console with crossplay disable ia broken. 

    The true, this game is broken. Game in not fone and release.
