Poor connection, high latency

Since the new update, my ping (latency) has jumped from 10–13 to 90, and I’m seeing a lot of other players with that same number. My game keeps freezing, and I’m experiencing packet loss constantly. On top of that, the game keeps nerfing weapons—including RPGs. I work all week long, so when I actually get a chance to play, it’s usually just for an hour or two a day; but with each passing day, this game is becoming impossible for casual players.
