Hello, I've just completed the 9th stage of the "a new beginning dog tag" by standing on the balcony and looking at the pigeon. A sound was played and I checked my inventory to see that I didn't receive the dog tag. I went back to the mcom to check if it was still cyan and it turned red, which means that I completed the 9th stage. After restarting the game countless times it seems that I still do not have it. Could it be possible to fix this bug?Proof in images.

@Rodkool Then it's likely a syncing issue, related to the current server issues, so you're best checking your dog tags again when the issues are resolved.

@ElliotLH That is helpful to know thanks, though in game or on the mobile app it still doesn't show so until it does I'm not going any further down the peacekeeper Easter egg quest line.It's too much work to leave anything to chance but I appreciate the help nonetheless.

@Rodkool I´m afraid you posted this in the wrong Battlefield category. You are talking about a BF1 dog tag, but this is the BFV board of AHQ. However, judging by the connection problems with BFV and BF1 as well, you might have to try again, after the servers are back up again. Receiving dog tags does require an online connection.

@Rodkool Just so you know, I've moved your topic to the BF1 section.Also, as above, I suspect the server issues have caused this problem too.

@ElliotLH I thought red lights meant you had the dog tag or at least completed the bird part of the quest? In my case the bird missed me the first time I tried and there was NO audio cue. The second time I lined myself up with the bird and then I got the sound to play.

I will try going back to Giant's Shadow but I have done it 5-6 times since the second time when the sound played and the bird has never showed up again. I'll be back to report on what happens.

@ElliotLH So I went back to Giant's Shadow and waited for 15 minutes. The bird never showed whereas before I got the audio cue on it, it showed up both times in under two minutes.

The bird passed through me, I got the audio cue, the MCOM lights are red, the bird no longer appears. It's delayed in updating I have it by 24 hours or it's bugged.

@YMB9Shinzou Interestingly I've just checked your dog tags on a stat site and that shows you have the A Beginning dog tag unlocked (I can DM you a screenshot if that'd help?). It might just be a case of something not syncing yet in the game.
