About banning my account

 Hello, I was informed that my account was banned for violating the user agreement and it will remain in effect permanently. But I only played Battlefield 1 on Xbox Game Pass. I want to know the exact reason why I was banned. I am a clean player. I don't know why I was banned. My wife and I play together regularly every day. Is there spyware on my computer that I don't know about? Can you please explain in detail the reason for my ban? And please unban me, I didn't do anything on purpose. please help.

    I'm sorry, the Answers HQ team won't know about your ban. If you have an EA bans, account or game wise, you may be able to learn more about them by going to your My Ban History to view more info and dispute your active bans and suspensions. EA also aim to notify you through email if they've applied a ban or suspension. That email may share more information too. Please check your email inbox for more details.

    @EA_Lanna I did what you wrote and had to write it here because I couldn't reach a result.
    I got banned for no reason and as soon as my computer was turned off. I've been playing this game for 1 month. Please improve your ban algorithm. It's definitely a problematic algorithm. You cannot be banned indefinitely without reason or warning. Please take urgent action to correct the situation.

    I'm the same mid last month I hadn't played it for 3 weeks as my tv stuffed out now I'm banned, I asked why but just say I didn't follow there terms, I play bf4 only and have for past 3-4 years never cheat honest player and enjoy it, why would they just do that for ?
