Account Banned from Answers HQ
Who determines global ban status? I know of a CUSTOMER of EA that was globally banned by the decision of server administrators who determined he was cheating. They were either unable to provide proof in the form of logs or screen shots. I have known this person for more than 15 years and he IS NOT a cheater. A camper and spammer who capitalizes on choke points and legitimate explotation of strategic map positioning... sure. He'll sit and rack up dozens of kills because he knows just where to sit.... like countless other people.
EA's complete lack of answering his querries about removing this ban have driven him to the point of frustration and he has not handled himself well in all correspondance as a result. He's mad as hell and rightfully so. He's been globally banned by punkbuster/EA from playing a game that his is a legitimate license holder of.
What will you do to resolve this in the absence of any incriminating logs or proof to the contrary of his claim that his is not a cheater?
If there proof to the contrary, then shame on me for lending my support. If there is no proof and this is simply the decision of server admins with the power to globally ban just because they got butt hurt, then EA should restore his ability to play the game.
Thank you for your time in addressing this matter.
