Account progression and Unlock Desynchronisation.

yesterday, after enabling certain Windows 11 optional features, downloading some motherboard drivers and editing a couple BIOS settings (because i needed to install Windows sandbox) i Restarted my PC and a little while later, i tried joining multiple servers from BFHL's Battlelog. as the tab at the bottom went from " Joining server " to "Logging in" it closed my game said it "could not connect to the server" or something along those lines of a connection failure. thought it might have been glitching so i restarted my PC and tried again but it still brang up that same error so i decided to play Battlefield 4 instead but then strangely enough, BF4 opened up an Origin Tab that asked me for my Product key. unfortunately i didn't take a screen shot but i ended up just ended up closing the tab which closed my game, and it also brang up the exact same origin product key tab With battlefield Hardline with an additional error among the other ones telling me to Log out of Battlelog, Log back in and try again. so i did that and unfortunately due to EA not sending me a verification code to any two of my Emails nor my phone number for the entirety of that night  i decided to try again the next day and once i logged back in the following day and this time, when i joined a server in Battlefield Hardline, it worked and connected successfully, or so i thought. first thing i noticed is that all my loadouts reset for all classes and factions including vehicles to their default states as if i just bought the game. strange? sure. but its fixable. when i when to go re do my loadouts, i realised that i was missing 2 out of 5 gun bench weapons, i thought that wasn't a big deal too, i just assumed those weapons reset due to them being assignment slots and i just needed to add the weapons back into the custom slot since everything else reset too, no big deal.  (FYI: I have both assignments completed for both of the Bonus Gun Bench custom weapons slots and proof.) as i scrolled through all my classes and loadouts, i realised that a lot of my primary weapons, secondary weapons and even gadgets, grenades and Melees Have been "relocked" that i have to repurchase and the vehicle upgrades also have to be repurchased and some of the assignment weapons have also been "relocked" notably the Lewis Gun, Mammoth Gun, Golden Throwing Knifes and a lot Of my golden Melees have all be "relocked". some DLC weapons such as the Aug Para and the M320 and M67 Gas launchers are not even available for purchase in game and are in a "locked behind paywall " state as if i do not own the required DLC to unlock and use the weapons and gadgets even though i have purchased ALL DLC. (not including the separate shortcuts) after seeing this i immediately thought this was one time client or server related issue of some sorts. so i tried to join on another server to see if that would fix it but the issue persisted. i decided to launch the gun bench in hopes that it would fix it self or see if the issue persisted. (even though i was guessing that the gun bench is a locally hosted environment and doesn't need internet connection.) once it launched, and i checked out all those other issues that happened when i was playing in any hosted server in Battlelog and the short answer is no. all my gun bench slots are still unlocked and had modified weapons present in them that were all for the operator class ( Which was strange cause they did not appear for the operator on either faction.) and all the weapons, gadgets and other stuff that i listed were all unlocked in the gun bench or at least available for purchase just like before this whole issue happened so i re did a couple of my loadouts, equipped all 5 of my gun bench slots with the RPK, F2000 and the MDC and saved and quit, join back into a couple servers and still the same **bleep** issue persisted. i re installed my game, nothing. re installed it again but without the DLC's expecting the game to Relock some of my DLC weapons such as the FAL and weirdly enough, its exactly the same whether i have the DLCs installed or not except i cant join any Servers Running DLC maps. i thinks this is the whole situation summed up. i tried searching the internet, nothing, i tried using AI, still no help. so this is my last resort lol. ill update this post if anything. and let me know if you have ever experienced this issue and if you have, have you ever fixed it? if you need any more screenshots or videos or proof or whatever, just let me know, any help would be very much appreciated by me.
