Account Reseted

But i never used hack, it's for players that don't know how to play and need a program to be "good". And if someone got my account, i don't think that he reseted all my stats, because only someone from EA can.
The only way I know to get those stats back is to play the game and gain them back.
- My friends account had been reset back to 0. He didn't reset his account through battlelog, it all happened after joining a server while we were playing about 3 days ago. My friend lives in Venezuela and that's the reason why I'm posting in his behalf. His Ps acc is Cocoom1976, he had close to 300 hrs of playing and that's why I'm writing to see if anybody can help him/ me out. I was trying to find an email address from EA to get in contact with them but didn't find anything, if anybody can help it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Regarding stat resets -
Before creating a thread about it, inviting the flaming by others that is SURE to happen, check your email.
If you were reset for boosting, stat-padding or other game-exploits, you received an email from the anti-cheat team (which investigates thoroughly) explaining you've been reset due to being caught for these TOS violations. Further violations can cause you to be permanently banned from Battlefield 3.
Therefore, it's best not to post in this case to prevent harassment. Also, the community members can't change your stats. If you truly feel your stats are lost, NOT RESET due to cheating, Contact Us at http://help.ea.com [help.ea.com] for assistance.

EA Community/Social AdminI also had the same issue. When i logged on to Battlelog and found that all of my stats, everything had been reset, I presumed i =t may have been an issue with Battlelog. Until i load the game up on Xbox 360 and find that its true, All has been wiped. I have contacted EA with this matter here is what i have put and still 2 weeks later i have had no response.
YOU: I logged on to battlelog an hour or so ago to notice everything has been reset. my Xbox Live Gamertag is Meat Fly This weekend i have been at my girlfriends mothers and my brother who does not live with me has the same game for PS3. I have asked him if he has done any cheating or anything and he said he aint. A computer game is something i don't need to cheat on (its a game end of the day, its for enjoyment purpose). One of the lads i met online had his stats removed and i he neevr cheated either (thats for him to sort out) i was at rank Colonel Service Star 49 and played over 500 hours gameplay. I would liuke to see evidence of my gamertag cheating in the game (if if the person who sent the information has photoshopped the score (something which can easily be done). I have not even recieved any email from EA/DICE about my stats being reset or about my gamertag cheating in any way. This was a game i enjoyed playing after i had free time after work, I have payed for premium and played the game legit. If your unable to put my score back to colonel rank service star 49 along with all service stars i had, i would kindly request some sort of refund for premium as i will no longer play the game.

It feels like im being sent round in cirlces.
After waiting the 2 weeks, only to find that i recieved an email regarding the TOS (Terms of Service) of Battlefield 3 a couple of days ago, Violation of hacking, aim bots, cheating stat padding etc... This clearly states no matter how much you try your best with EA/DICE when they say they know about the issue and have there developers on the matter (lying), They simply cant be bothered to sort it out and just send you the lovely TOS violation email saying if you do stat pad, use aim bots etc... again you will be banned from Battlefield 3 with the account you are using. Why would they say your cheating to boost your score, As when you get to rank 45 you have unlocked all the general unlocks and you can also purchase all the weapons/upgrades for every vehicle and kit. What EA/DICE should really concentrate on is the people that have clearly cheated, By looking at the global leaderboard and viewing the stats of the rank 100's. There is simply no point buying a game to cheat on it (especially buying the unlock weapons/upgrades for kit and vehicles) as it defeats the whole point of the game. As my accoutn got reset, 2 days ago i were rank 24, as of now i am rank 43. This is all legit and all i have been playing from rank 24 to 43 is conquest domination (not to mention it is double XP week for premium members) so my average score looks ridiculous at the moment, until double xp week ends then it will decrease. So it shows just how easy it is to rank up, so why would I want to cheat ?
