Achievement not unlocking for "Through Mud and Blood" in Battlefield 1

I've completed every single Codex Entry in the "Through Mud and Blood" campaign, but the achievement won't pop. It’s been over two years, and I’ve replayed it countless times. My in-game profile show...

Hello XIABIN6663​,

Make sure you have done all the requirements, EA support does not have the ability to manually grant you missing achievements.
