So first off I have been a Battflefield and EA player since I was a child. I have seen a imploding and sinking ship of customer service, dishonest offers, apathy towards problems, money whoring, and just genuinely horrible games. 

I have recently been trying to play bf1 with a friend and have had an absolute terrible time trying to play. EA cannot connect to any servers, crashes whenever it does. 

Dont give me nonsense about “is my internet working” “am I plugged in” Don’t be stupid and don’t waste any more of my time. I have a LAN cable connected, every other game works (that’s not EA) and internet flowing at 400 mbps.  Please please fix this * and make an update that doesn’t keep us in limbo. And please please try and right the sinking ship that is EA because I and true fans will leave for good and never look back. True capitalism dictates that we should let you fail if you fail us.

I have flushed and opened all ports. Fix your *!

PlayStation 4 has this too. I’ve uninstalled reinstalled, delayed, rinsed and repeated. Flushed and opened all ports. Every other game works and internet is flowing fine. It is in EA’s ball court and they do nothing but pony fingers at our ineptitude 

Happening in ps4 also. Internet is working fine, every other game works fine, just EA ones specifically battlefield. BfV is working fine but That game is absolute trash and painful to play and go through. Please fix your stuff EA. I am already convinced to never buy another game from you all but please please fix what was good, fix battlefield 1 

Me too still ongoing on PlayStation 4. EA is the worst, they only offer solutions calling us the *. Absolutely worst customer service in the entire industry. I am signing off and boycotting EA games from here on out. I hate sports games, they butchered Star Wars, and have ruined the battlefield franchise... I think there is nothing more here and I will do all I can to turn those away from garbage and wasting hard earned money we don’t all have especially now
