Sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing.
Have you logged into your platform first to see if the dog tag was there? Sometimes if you check the Companion App on mobile first, it does not show up until you log in on your platform.
Also, have you tried playing a couple rounds of any game mode, so your account syncs?
If you're still having an issue, I suggest contacting a Tech Support Specialist via EA Chat, and they can definitely assist you with this.

- Well it's funny that you say that because that's exactly what I did the first time I reported this, twice. The first time I put in a ticket as a bug and it was dismissed with no reply. The second time was yesterday and I chatted with an individual who spend time looking at the issue and then decided to tell me to go to the forums and that I needed to post the issue there. He said the only way it was going to get resolved was for me to come into the forums and post it. So here I am and now you're telling me to go back and talk to that guy. I'll tell you playing these games from Dice and EA are very frustrating when it comes to stuff like this.
- Sorry guys my phone didn't download the other responses before the last response that I saw there. Yes I have tried all those things that you have suggested. This is not the first time something like this has happened and sometimes if you log in and out of the game or play a couple of rounds and give the game a chance to update itself you will see a change in what you're looking for. But for some reason this keeps happening.
- I don't understand won't stop me from what? And I thought that's what I was doing by going through EA technical support but they have routed me through these forums. So if there's somewhere else I can go to ask please give me a link or let me know where that is and I'll do it.

However, have you gotten in contact with a EA Representative through Live Chat?
They would be the ones that could help you with the Aries Dog Tag, and unlock it for you.

Whenever I am missing a Dog Tag that I should have gotten, Live Chat has always been able to assist me with unlocking the Tag.

Thanks 🙂- I guess you didn't read my response up above but yes I got a hold of somebody through a chat yesterday they explored the situation and told me that posting in these forums was the only way to deal with it. That the moderators in the forms would have to be notified in order for this to be fixed that's what I was told via EA chat. So now what do we do?

I apologize that they were not able to assist you much.
However, they would be the ones that would have to unlock the Tag for you.
I'm not sure if anyone here is able to do so.
Please try getting in contact with Live Chat again, and let them know that they need to unlock this Dog Tag for you since you completed it.
