Battlefeild 3 DirectX Device Creation Error

Hello i have a problem with playing online a message comes up saying: 

Failed creating D3D device of at least version 10.0 on adapter "Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family" with driver "Unknown". Error is DXG1_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED ("Unsupported.").

This is typically caused by not having the minimum required DirectX support in the GPU.
For NVIDIA GPUs, DirectX 10.0 support is required.
for AMD and CPUs from other vendors, DirectX 10.1 support is required.

plz help me solve this problem asap plz ,thanks

    Hi,

    This error means you are not able to play the game as min DirectX 10.1 is needed for the game. Your gpu probably cannot run DirectX higher than 9.

    Even if you install 10-11, the gpu will not be able to run the options needed for the game.

    I am guessing you are using a laptop. This means (in most cases) that you are not able to change your gpu.

    You need a better laptop or desktop computer.

    i have DirectX 11 and running on windows 7 home premium 64 bit and a processer: Pentium(R) Dual-Core Cpu thats all the info i have . thx ozzy.

    Hi,

    I looked again for the specs of your graphics card and found out it supports directx 10. However, 10.1 is needed on intel cards.

    You graphics card is below requirements.

    I am sorry but this cannot be solved with a fix. You really need a better graphics card.
