I have a pretty modern Intel/Nvidia computer (i5-13600KF, RTX 3060 Ti) and getting full system freezes shortly after launching BF1, no BSoD. Latest graphics drivers are loaded and I've never had a problem over the years of playing the game until recently.
Some typical troubleshooting steps have been tried -- uninstalling/reinstalling the game, verifying game files, making sure drivers are up to date -- but the same issue keeps happening. After reading through all the replies here I wouldn't doubt that it's the anti-cheat that's causing all this but in any case I wish the team that's responsible for tackling all this the best of luck for the sake of us disgruntled gamers.
