Also, not sure if you have tried this already but check this other issue out EA anticheat is messed up | EA Forums - 6838821. Its BFV but its a similar issue and it just might be that. Try this as well: python37_x64.dll error at launch? | EA Forums - 11808020. Also update your bios and ALL your drivers. Dunno if this will work but its worth a shot.

yeah, thanks to you and everyone for the help. i think thats exactly what im gonna do once i grab a new cpu and mobo. feels like thats the only real fix.
