Here's a thread I posted in that explains how to troubleshoot micro freeze. Usually it's caused by a CPU core maxing out at 100% usage.

Intermittent micro-stuttering on on all screens main menu and in game. EA Forums - 12155692

cpu is not 100% + its very random the stutters. Its nothing to do with my pc. I have i5 13600KF RTX 4070 SUPER 32GB RAM 6000MHz so no. Its a game !
