so i just got done finishing a game and i won a battlepack at the end of the round, only problem is it says i have none. When i refresh it still says none, except for the third time i refresh at which point it loads forever. Also, i decided to scrap some of my skins to buy myself a battlepack only to discover, even though it said i was receiving scraps, it deleted my skins and gave me no scrap.
21:40 Europe central time, I scrapped 450 bonds and I purchades an Enanched Battlepack.
Opened it, and it said ERROR. Still got nothing. ☹️
What am I supposed to do now?

Changing the above language to United States or similar countries with large support departments can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.
If the ways to contact EA or the live chat or similar does not appear try another browser, disabling browser addons/extensions or internet security applications which might be blocking it, clearing the browser cache and temporary files or try it in a private browser tab.

I have some problems with Battlefield 1 on Xbox One where the Help and Battlepack section won't load. I tried to log out of my Xbox, restart the game, and even took it out of the console and still doesn't work. I need help to get this figured out and it's not the " Battlepack not giving me the skin or award " kinda thing. Also any scraps from weapon skins I scrap don't get received. Any info on how to solve this is welcomed!
I have merged all the threads on the subject. According to Striterax, DICE developer, the battlepack system has been temporarily disabled, as it contained a bug that caused connectivity issues. That's why battlepacks can't be viewed or opened (and most likely why scraps aren't updated). The timetable for battlepack system working again is currently unknown, so it's only possible to wait. At the very least, battlepacks obtained during the downtime period will still be there afterwards.

Well is two thing you can do because I encounter the same problems. One is contact EA help and explain the problem that you didn't received a battlepack and they might award you with the battlepack missing or number two I saw this issue also, I said that I got reward a battlepack at the end of the round when to battlepacks and nothing shows , so I when in and out of the battlepack like 3 or 4 times and they appear. The waiting one day didn't help out that's the only way I did it .
