    Hello agusenanas​,

    The best thing you can do is to try talking with EA support again, since the issue is related to the product key they are the only ones with the sufficient resources and privileges to assist you.

glad you could solve it, one last question, how did you purchased the game? direct from origin or it was via serial key? ty

Thanks. It did take more than 3 or 4 chat sessions to get a satisfactory resolution, maybe more. My BF3 is a physical purchase. The key from the back of the printed leaflet/booklet did verify correctly from the EA app option under your profile.

I can only suggest persevering with them on chat as its not something we as mere consumers can fix.
