Im starting a new thread to see if someone of the comunity can help me, a moderator, comunity manager, someone. So, as many others i have this issue were i cant download battlefield 3 its says i don...

    Hello agusenanas​,

    The best thing you can do is to try talking with EA support again, since the issue is related to the product key they are the only ones with the sufficient resources and privileges to assist you.

This is not a Solution!!! Try EA Support??? It does not exist!. It is not EA Help or Support. It is a compartmentalized passing of the buck to an endless loop. I have been through this loop for over 3 years since they switched over from Origin. EA Support is an endless loop of nothing! There are no troubleshooters or technicians. Anyone I speak to has no authority to update my account. I was only able to play BF3 a hand full of times because of an Origin app Hack. The hack no longer works if you update your computer to windows 11. I can not download the game anymore and it is only available to me in Russian. 

I have determined that this was done intentionally for a list of reasons.

  1. There is no official response from EA for many years. This is what happened when I spoke to EA: 

     

  2. My purchase history shows details of all my purchases from 2013 to present with the exception of BF3. The date of the purchase is there but it is blank and void of details. 

    By the way BF4 is garbage.

     

     
  3. Battlefield 3 Premium is currently available for purchase for $39.99. Do you think they want to extort us for more money? 
  4. I Also sent out a request for help with all the details and this was my response from a nonreply email:

    Conclusion: EA Help is a pathetic excuse for customer support and the worst example for other companies. Not to mention that all EA help does is point you to EA forums which is collaboration of users working free for EA. I believe they want to end support for the game by stealing your license, ignoring the issue, while hopefully extorting money from an available re-purchase. 

    The real Solution: Get Extorted and re-purchase the game or I recommend stop playing EA games. Do not support EA at all and find an alternative.
