Battlefield 3 premium edition

So i have Battlefield 3 on pc for a decent amount of time now and i have no problems with playing it.

The only issue i have is that it says that i own premium edition but i cant use any premium functions at all. When i go to assignments it says that i need to buy battlefield 3 premium. Does anyone know whats wrong?

If you want i can make a screenshot of it.

  • Go to your download history in the PSN store and re-download your online pass and your premium file and then start BF3 and you should be able to use premium with all of its features as long as you are playing on the account that purchased and redeemed premium. Other accounts on the same PS3 will be allowed to play the maps but they will not be premium on battlelog and will not be able to complete premium assignments.

    Sorry, I missed the PC reference in your original post!  Here's how to download the expansions covered by premium.  Start BF3 in Origin, go to your games library and right click the BF3 icon in your games library and select "show game details" then on each expansion right click and select "download".  After all selected expansions download you can play BF3 on the expansion packs. Then go to Battlelog, multiplayer, server browser and at the top of the page add the new expansion maps and game modes to your server browser filter settings to find games on the new maps.

    If you do not have the option to download the expansion for free and it asks you to purchase the expansion then there is an account entitlement issue and you will have to speak with a game advisor who can look at your account, see what went wrong and correct the issue.  Should this happen you can contact a game advisor here:

    2 Make sure you are flogged in (top right corner)
    3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
    4 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
    5 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
    6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
    7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.

    I recommend that you use the telephone option and the “call me” option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time. The call back feature available to North America, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands,  Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Switzerland, and the UK.
