Some of us have been here since the problem started after March 6th and they immediately stated that there was a problem with maintenance. We tried to make our voices heard for weeks. After 4 weeks Community Manager responded it. And now the problem has been under investigation for 10 days. More than 40 days...
Battlefield team of EA must be really busy with season 7 of BF2042 and anticheat of BFV. They are also developing a new game at the same time.
Actually i stopped playing the game when the problem started. My friends also stopped playing. Because we didn't want to keep playing the same map in a server.
Also i need to say that BF3 community is so unconcerned. There are some bots in servers, i mean human bots who never leave the servers and they are not even here to protest this situation. Those players just keep switching servers. One server crashing and then they are joining another one. At least a hundred different players had to be here in this topic. But as i said they don't even care, just keep switching servers. Real human bots 🙂
I guess our servers run a bit smoother than weeks ago. I mean they're not disappearing that often like they did some weeks ago. Our conquest and rush server map rotation run quite good these days. Had no disappearings so far.
But the problem still persists for our Gunmaster server that switches the different gunmaster modes after every round. It happens one or two times a day that the servers disappears in Battlelog.

for the first time we had a night with no issues
i'm loading 1 map at a time & changing the map manually at the end of the round when needed
i did this before but was still facing the same problem but last night we had no issues for 5 hours for the first time in 6 weeks
i'm not saying it's solved for sure
will try it again tonight & update this post

Was going to check if our Banana server works better now, but shortly after I`ve entered Battlelog I realised that it is not on the server list... Ofc there is a full access to the server via Dashboard and Procon. So yes, I think problem still persists. Anyway good to hear that your servers are doing better. I hope the problem is fixed soon.
