this code already been redeemed (BF3)

I have BF3 I wish to install it using the code I have, but it show:

this code already been redeemed

I try to install it using the disks but I cant also because it is asking for origin and origin is out of service

what can I do ?

did you use to play the game or did you just buy it? If you just bought it, where did you get it from?

If you used to play this game (using the same copy you're currently trying to redeem), then you were most likely using it on a different EA account - you will need to find and use that EA account in order to use it.

If you bought the game from a third party seller, then there's a chance that they sold you a used copy. As a code/game can only be played on one EA account and not redeemed on another after, it won't be possible for you to redeem the game again.

yes I played the game
I bought from Ebay years ago brand new and sealed
I try to install it using DVDs but asking for origin while origin is out of service
I try redeem in EA app but say already been redeemed !!

so you didn't play the game using this copy before you tried to redeem it recently?

If you bought it from ebay, even if it looked brand-new, there's a good chance that it had already been used and then re-sealed.

Unfortunately, we cannot help with issues with copies bought from a third party seller like ebay. You'd have to contact the seller to report any issues with the game and to ask for a new copy/refund.

However, if you already played the game using this copy, then you most likely used to play it througha different EA account, in which case, as already said, please try to find that account and play the game through that one.
