Alright it looks like I got the solution posted in the FAQ stickied thread to work, so this is solved.

bro punkbuster is kicking me also and the reason it is giving me is "

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'FrOsTGiANT63' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Disallowed Program/Driver [81466]
