Battlefield 3 stats reset without resetting.

All my stats are reset. All my progress is lost now.

EVERYTHING IS 0 now totally 0.

All my 13h+ gameplay is lost.

My battlelog profile somehow went to Rank 0:

Is it a website problem or anything?

Any idea why this happened?

Hello dear EA! Today i was playing battlefield 3 on a server and after i exit and changed to another server my weapons and gudgets disappeared and i became from lvl 23 to lvl 0. I have premium and i'm playing on pc...i read that a premium users can reset their stats to lvl 0 but i didn't do that. If you can help me i would really appreciate that cause i enjoyed the game a lot. Please reply...Thanks!

It seems a lot of people have this problem, some of my friends too.

I noticed only the Profiles between lvl 18 and 45 (Colonel) have this issue. 

I hope it will get fixed soon.. and i want my progress back !

I don know why after offline 1 hour my stat go to 0??

Well im colonel rank 53 and all mine got reset to 0 as well
