Battlefield 4 disconnects my internet

Hello and thanks for the reply! I have a wired network connection to a router the router is a Technicolor TG789vac, i got it last week. THe firmware is up to date. I tried whitelisting BF4 and origin, I also tried without any firewalls activated. I also checked that my network card was up to date. I also tried the clean boot with punkbuster allowed, unfortunately none of these steps solved the problem. I have also tried flushing DNS, opening all the ports that EA list for BF4 in the router. I attached the DXdiag and I hope you can get some info from it!

So, looking at your dxdiag I become a bit worried about your response. You say your network equipment is updated but from looking at it your built in network card is probably not updated and could probably use a driver update from:

also your graphics driver is out of date as well..

Your router is a big question mark to me, I don't know Technicolor or how to download newer firmware for them.

I can also see in your DXdiag that the windows network diagnostic is crashing which is worrying. You might want to scan your harddrives for errors and check for corrupt Windows files

Further to below , there are a number of bios updates (Link) confirm this is your mother board 

One of the updates is updating the onboard Realtek PXE ROM so is worthwhile

Given your using a 600 series card it may be best staying on the video driver your currently using until the current issues are resolved with the later drivers for 600 series cards

I guess it could be a power plan thing. Is your power plan set to maximum performance in the Windows settings?

I changed the power plan to maximum performance, it did not help.

If you have confirmed it is the NIC dropping and not the router , buying a new ethernet card is one solution

There is a few other things to try first though

Open a command prompt as administrator and type the following

netsh int ip reset

press Enter 

then type

netsh winsock reset

Press Enter

also do the following

Right click on network icon in the taskbar and click "Open Network and Sharing Center"

Click "Change adapter settings"

Select the active/ connected network adapter and right click and select "Properties" (Should be Realtek 8111E)

Uncheck the box on the same line as Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).

Click OK 

Now repeat to get back this location again but this time click on the Configure button

Go to the Advanced Tab

Scroll down til you find "receive side scaling"

Select Disable

Ok all the way out and reboot and cross your fingers

Also just to confirm the driver you are now using is the WIn 10 driver version 10.0.0.7 listed at this link dated 23 Mar 2016

I tried all steps, and reinstalled the ethernet drivers to be sure they were correct, but it did not work anyway.
