Battlefield 4 is not showing up under "My Games" list after purchase.

I already contacted the help desk to no avail because they even re-added the game to my brothers account but we still couldn't see anything.

This is also why I think it's more computer related somehow. What happened was after the purchase we saw that he had BF4 and he needed to download and then install it. First problem was, we were getting a download error, after relogging the game just disappeared from under the My Games tab.

To give more information on this subject, his account details do say that he owns the game and the purchase was confirmed as well.

Also a very important thing to add is that Origin does show the game when I'm logged in on his account on my PC but not on his PC.
