Battlefield 4 Premium Not Working

I bought Battlefield 4 on the 31st of October and  tried buying Premium off the in game store with my UK account on the 4th of November, however it gave me: There is no content available at this time. Please try again later.

So I opened the Playstation Store and bought it from there, downloaded the 100KB, it auto-installed and I opened Battlefield 4.

To my surprise there is no sign of Premium, all dog tags, assignments, battlepacks remain locked as if I was a regular player.

The Battlelog doesn't give a Premium sign under my name.

According to an EA advisor I should wait maximum 24 hours and I did so, but it was still not solved.

I contacted another advisor who said he checked my account and that "premium services were not added to my account".

I am extremely frustrated and if this doesn't get solved then I will request a refund, because this is extremely unacceptable.

    Hi nullice,

    We're not able to provide you with assistance for this issue on Answers HQ. 

    We would advise contacting a Game Advisor through the Contact Us site here or as it was purchased through the Platstation store, you may need to contact Sony about why the entitlement wasn't added to your account.

    The same problem has happened to me.
    After contacting EA support I was told to contact Sony directly.
    Unfortunately Sony administration needs 7 days (!!!!) to check the case.

    That kind of situation is extremely unacceptable and unfair. Why? Sony is very quick in charging the cash for their products. I can understand that, but they also should be as quick as possible in opposite way - if someone reports error in the purchase.

    I've bought Premium account on Battlefield 4 (PS4) on Sunday (4 days ago). Today (Thursday) I still don't have access to any Premium option in the game (although I was able to download all the content)... This is very wierd and annoying...
