Hm, I see... A bit odd, on their behalf, that the cannot solve an issue like this, I mean... Who else if not?
Yes, I have. Sadly, believe me when I say that I've tried every potential conventional -so to say- way of resolving the issue, even a bit further by chatting with support. Still with the same thing yet so far.

Try the following steps, I can't think of anything else that is causing the issue.
Click “view site information” next to the Battlelog URL, then open “site settings” and change “apps on device” to “allow.”
