Battlefield Hardline won't open, crashes before game starts

I recently bough a new copy of Battlefield Hardline from a store, Another Castle. When i installed the game the only thing that would happen when I hit play would be my google chrome opening up and having battle log open. I tried repairing the game, reinstalling it, rebooting my computer, updating my graphics drivers, my operating system, (windows 10) and still no luck. I thought that maybe this is how the game was supposed to work, so I tried joining a game with the battle log. It loaded for a while and finally it opened and immediately crashed. I have looked at many other posts for similar sounding issues, but those solutions don't seem to be what I need. Help would be very appreciated. (:

@Flipeecup Thanks for the update. I think AVG is blocking an element of the game.

I've seen a report that this step should help: Left click on AVG, go to Options, Advance Settings, then click on exceptions, add exception then select exception type (Application or File), then browse for your path and add your BFH path to it and hit apply then ok.

Please try launching the game after doing this, and see if anything changes. You may also want to try entirely disabling AVG as a test.

    Thanks.

@Flipeecup Hey, can you try going offline through Origin as a test, does the game start then? It sounds like it won't but hopefully this helps to home in on the issue.

Normally you'll launch MP matches through the Battlelog app, but in offline mode the game will launch its campaign.

Posting your dxdiag info should also be helpful with checking on this.

    Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply, and all that happened when I went into offline mode was BFH crashing with no crash report of my knowledge. Also I have attatched the dxdiag file here for you. Thanks (:

Hello again. I have just now gotten a chance to try your suggestions. I updated the graphics drivers and got further than before. I was able to get to a l;oading screen with a blue swirling icon in the top right corner. After that spun for a minute or so it stopped and then BFH stopped working. After I tried opening BFH 4 times, twice while in offline mode, and twice with battle log, I got these reports. Also there appears to be a reliability event surrounding something with AMD, so I will post that too.
