Battlefield LABS Signup issue

Hi, I have never been selected for any Battlefield testing and I own almost every Battlefield title and I have been trying to update my Battlefield playtesting profile but I just get sent around. O...

This is not a solution sorry, not sure how this got marked as one immediately.
Both links you have in your post directs me to the same useless site…

…which wants me to login, and if I do I come back to this one in the screenshot below…

I can never, as mentioned in my original post above, get the survey to save the 2 questions which are both required and the date never gets updated for my profile. Or maybe thats not a reall update date for my profile and just a old notification?

Anyway I think it’s odd that the questions mentioned are not saved since all other questions stays saved…

    Hi Jowcke,

    I marked their comment as the solution as they are correct. If you sign into the playtesting website first of all, then either use this link or click your name on the top-right and view your profile, you'll be able to update your preferences. 

    I have also reported the broken link to the EA Community Managers.

    You must be logged into EA Playtesting before clicking on this link https://ea.arcsivr.com/portal/profile

    All the link does is take you to My Profile. At the bottom of your profile page you can click on Preferences and Update Profile to fill out more information. That's all EA is suggesting you do to further increase your chances of being selected for Playtesting.

    The reason 'Update your Playtesting Preferences' never goes away is due to it being an announcement under News and Updates. It will always be there until EA deletes the announcement from News and Updates.

    If you go to My Profile and then click on Preferences. You've just updated your preferences like the announcement under News and Updates suggests you do.
