could be a good idea.. but EA always values the "house" where it is launching, and if it's worth the risk to make a Port, like Switch, I would buy it just to play the RPG because there are great RPGs available For switch, shooting games are not so exploited on the switch because the peripherals (Gameplays) also do not collaborate to be accurate in shooting games, If you need to buy a controller sold separately... You can even check, Fortnite players for example have the lowest rate of switch players. Launching for mobile phones is another story, it is not a risky platform and for sure there are many fans of shooting games that can be a great success.
