Battlelog and Rank Resetted

On which console are you playing? And did you check if your soldiers are not switched:

1>Go to http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/

2>Click on your Battlelog name at the top-right corner.

3>Click on "settings"

4>Click on ''Soldiers"

5>Switch the soldier that you are using and ''Save''

Soldiers or Portrait ?

I only have 1 Soilder but many portrait. Don't remember which I use at the beginning.

Hmm okey, but are you sure that you login with the right account? If so try to contact a EA Advisor and maybe they can help you:

In that case try to following:

1. Go to EA Help https://help.ea.com and select US flag 
2. Go to Contact Us and select Battlefield 4 and your platform (Origin/PC)
3. Then, select " Manage my Account" and select an issue "Manage Account Details"  and click on Select Contact option
4. After, you should get Live Chat option. Please try my steps. 

Nvm, I just purchased skype credit for the call.
