I agree with the list of requested items you mentioned
.There is one weapon missing from my perspective, though: The "Doughboy M1911."
This weapon was included in the "Battlefield 1 Collector’s Edition" back in 2017.
I actually searched for this edition, wanting to buy it just to get the code found inside the box. I did find a brand-new, unused copy on eBay, but unfortunately, even if I paid for it, I wouldn't be able to use the code to unlock the weapon because it had an expiration date.
I really hope they come up with a plan to bring back all the limited-time Dog Tags.
I received the Collector's Edition as a Christmas gift in December 2016. The EA app recognizes my registered Doughboy M1911 code:

I assume only PC players can get this weapon.
As for the dog tags, I hope DICE brings them back
