BF1 All multiplayer items missing
I just downloaded BF1 again after like 3 years i loaded up the game and I have non of the multiplier stuff I used to have like my level reset all my class ranks have reset and all cosmetics and guns...

I've had a quick look on Battlefield Tracker, and while it does show some stats for the account you're using here, they're quite minimal (E.G. 10 hour playtime and 36 matches played). The data does seem to be for the same account you mentioned in your post, though, as the last matches played were back in November 2023.
What is the name of the account that appears when you log into the EA App? Also, can you give any examples of your prior stats, like KD or overall level, so we can try confirming if what's shown on BFT is correct and matches the EA App?

yes on my EA account it says I have 21 hrs on BF1 but on the steam account where I bought the game say I have about 200 hours.
so I'm really finding it hard to figure out what could have gone wrong.
It might be worth checking that your Steam account is linked to your EA account in that case, or exploring if your Steam account is linked to a different EA one that you're not aware of. If you can't see an issue there, it'd probably be worth contacting EA Help to ask them to investigate further.
