Try reinstalling the game, if that does not work you could talk with an EA support agent.
danisoff Do I just reinstall the game or myself and my 2 other friends? Also, would a repair be good enough? We've all tried clearing the EA app cache as well. I'm not sure how it can be an issue on our end if they've tried joining on me and I've tried joining on them with the same error. I don't see how all 3 of us can have an issue with our installation. One of my friend just bought it and installed it and tried joining on me and I tried joining on him with no luck. We have all literally tried joining on one another on multiple occasions over multiple weeks.
