You should try reinstalling your game, I have played a few rounds last night on multiple DLC maps and everything worked perfectly fine.
That had nothing to do with players,only with ea servers.On that day every single server on dlc crashed.So giving same advice(reinstall/repair the game) for all ea's issues lead to nothing.
I still play the game on a regular basis and everything works fine. The "issue" itself is not widespread since there are only 2 reports regarding this issue in the past 14 days. That being said, reinstalling the game and checking your internet connection stability would be a good move since it eliminates a lot of potential issues.
