If anyone is still having this problem make sure you don't have any vpn's activated. I had this same problem on madden 25 and turned off my vpn and haven't had that problem since
Kinda forgot about this tbh but I never had VPN running either, I haven't played BF1 recently but I would assume the same thing keeps happening.
