BF3 can't launching (PC), cannot fix bugs, want a game refund

Dear Sir / Madam,
I purchased the BF3 game in PC mode on 07 Dec 2024. After installed I find that there are lot of bugs, The game cannot launching and the EA apps icon show "Battlefield 3 Limited Edition is already running Go ahead and start playing It's a good one"
I tried to fix all steps to reinstall game, update driver, setting...etc but it doesn't work.
I had reported to EA helps for technical support on 09 Dec 2024 (1st time) but I feel sorry that it doesn't work and the game still not launching.
I contacted to EA helps for request game refund on 12 Dec 2024 (2nd time) , he said will reply to me within 5-6 hours but I didn't have any feedback.
Today (18 Dec 2024) is my third time to request a technical support to EA helps and he said to post my case in this forum.
I just want to play this game but I cannot use all my time to fix the bugs by reinstall game, updating but it finally failed. It is really sad and helpless. If this game buds cannot be settled, I would like to have game refund. Please give me a hand and response.
