BF3 can't launching (PC), cannot fix bugs, want a game refund

To : EA support team

Dear Sir / Madam,

I purchased the BF3 game in PC mode on 07 Dec 2024. After installed I find that there are lot of bugs, The game cannot launching and the EA apps icon show "Battlefield 3 Limited Edition is already running Go ahead and start playing It's a good one"

I tried to fix all steps to reinstall game, update driver, setting...etc but it doesn't work.

I had reported to EA helps for technical support on 09 Dec 2024 (1st time) but I feel sorry that it doesn't work and the game still not launching.

I contacted to EA helps for request game refund on 12 Dec 2024 (2nd time) , he said will reply to me within 5-6 hours but I didn't have any feedback. 

Today (18 Dec 2024) is my third time to request a technical support to EA helps and he said to post my case in this forum. 

I just want to play this game but I cannot use all my time to fix the bugs by reinstall game, updating but it finally failed. It is really sad and helpless. If this game buds cannot be settled, I would like to have game refund. Please give me a hand and response.

    Refund requests can be made within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within fourteen days from your date of purchase, or within fourteen days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered, whichever comes first. And if you purchase a new EA game within the first 30 days of its release date and can't play it due to technical reasons within EA's control, you can request a refund within 72 hours after you first launch the game instead of 24.

    thanks for your reply.

    As explained, I had reported the game with bugs cannot be fixed within 2 days. There was no feedback and no solution from EA.

    I understand your company policy but pls concern, up to now I don't have any support from EA to fix the bugs. I just want to play the game, please give me your solution.

    I do not work for EA, I can only recommend the usual steps that you have most likely tried. You can try reinstalling your game and updating your CPU and GPU drivers. You should also check for Windows updates and check for updates for the EA app.
