It's been almost two weeks and DICE CAMO still isn't working on any servers. The light is no longer visible on the water. Does anyone know how I can contact EA?

Hello,The DICE camo bug in Battlefield 4 on PC—specifically the missing light trigger over water during the Megalodon Easter egg—it’s a persistent issue that others have faced and reported. Unfortunately, several players have noted that the camo may not spawn at all, or only intermittently, even when performing all the steps correctly.

SAME PROBLEMI tried to do this easter egg several times to get the black DICE camo but it doesn't work. There is no light in the water at the stage of being on the palm tree. There are even special servers for getting unlocks, including AE51. And the community specialists from this team say that now there really is a bug "NO LIGHT IN THE WATER", although a couple of months ago everything worked as it should. Moreover, I know that many players want to get all unique things, but can't. The community loves this part of the franchise and still comes to play and get unlocks. I hope DICE will pay attention.

What I mean is that the light no longer appears at regular intervals, but rather disappears completely. We have never experienced this before. It happened suddenly, it is no longer possible to open DICE CAMO on any platform. Not only PC

A month ago, everything was normal. People would come to the servers, complete all the stages, get their CAMOs, and leave. But now, I don't know what happened, but people can't even see the light on the water anymore, even if they have completed all the stages. This is not normal

I’m facing the same problem on Xbox, get struck by lightening, go to palm tree with parrots, no glint in water. Something is wrong with the trigger events and it’s not running the script for it properly, my guess is it’s either a patch issue or a server issue depending which of the Easter egg is activated from, this is an issue EA is going to need to fix. If I were you, I would report this to EA’s support forms and make as many tickets on this issue as possible to get it in their line of sight. Also I’d reach out to Julian Manolov @jjju on X (Twitter), as he is the DICE Engineer who reactivated the Easter Egg back in 2020. My best guess for the quickest response would be Julian.
