BF4 missing premium items

I unlocked 3 Premium Battlepacks which give me the premium items in the game and yet they arent showing up? Help?

i have 5 cammos that i got in premium battle packs none of which i can actualy use it says i need to earn them by opening battle packs still , its really pissing me off.

Same here - got some nifty camos but they are nowhere to be seen!

Hi I purchased the premium upgrade as to get all the weekly content, but I have not received my gold battlepack today.

Is there some type of delay or mistake?

I intentionally puchased this asap to get the full benifits of the premium service and have been let down by not receiving my gold battle pack when I should have.

Can you please let me know what is going on, because if I thought I was going to miss out on items like this I would not have spent the $60 on this service.

My Premium Battlepacks are gone, they don't even show up in the list of opened battlepacks yet they do on my battlelog profile and now I have like several unopened bronze battlepacks that I know that I have opened and two gold from the premium monthly. 

My premium skins and the carbon knife is also gone. But weird thing is that nwo I have a few new weapon camos and a few veteran knives for some reason. 

They need to fix this FAST. I didn't pay all that money for my stuff to be taken away a few days after I got them.

I'm having the same problem :/ .. Not happy! I did not look to find missing items that we all paid 50$ for! Fix it EA & DICE! NOW!

I to have opened the 3 premium battlepacks and the items within have disapeared. I believe it came about when one of the servers crashed and now I do not own the items. The only thing that has stayed are the Dog Tags. All my friends who have BF4 Premium have the same problem.

I too am missing all my premium camos and my knife. I stll have my dog tags and character portraits though.

I also have several different knives and cammos unlocked that i did not have unlocked before.
