I'm having the same glitch, but with all my load outs. I spoke to EA support and they just told me they know about this issue and are working on it. It's just a waiting game.
I, for one, am fed up waiting. Almost a year, this is going beyond a joke. When the loadouts appeared on the Battlelog, I had high hopes that they would have resolved this issue, but no.
With EA also basically stopping all support and forcing games to be community supported it all leaves a really bitter taste.
I am pleased to inform you that you have now been waiting for over 2 full years - this bug is still in the current bf-installment (bf4, 4th expansion).
I found this two-year-old thread looking for a solution. I will not wait, I just shrug my shoulders and think "typical ea" - introduce a non-working feature as a selling point and never fix it.
