Can not download DLC on Xbox 360

Yeah it's a little confusing on Xbox sometimes for exactly what is needed. Here's what I recommend as it worked for me. Go to your dashboard and over to the section labeled Games and press Y. Search 'ba' and select battlefield 3 and it will pull up covers of games and select the first one that is Battlefield 3. Then go over to extras and down to see all. This part sounds crazy, but trust me, go to each of the following and tell them to download (even if you see an checkmark or if you know you have it downloaded). You'll need to download: Battlefield 3 Premium, Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Update, Multiplayer Update 3, Rent a Server Update, and Multiplayer Update 4. Once that's done, launch BF3 and go to the store in game and download Armored Kill. This should get you squared away. Let me know what happens.

When im on the server browser it comes up with the exclamation mark and tells me that BF3 is now running content that i do not have. Im downloading all the updates and premim once again. Hopefully it will work. I will let you know if it does.
Cool, definitely let me know. I know it sounds crazy too, but try to do it in that order that I listed. It sounds nuts, but I had to do that same thing.

Ok this is the order im doing it in:
battlefield remium: completed
Battlefield 3 mltiplayer update: 55% complete
multiplayer update 3: pending
rent a server update: pending
battlefield 3 multiplayer update 4: pending
I already have armored kill and that is working fine so will i need to re-download that?
