Can't get access to Dr. Pepper "Promo Pack" camo and dogtag bundle on Xbox 360

Several years ago, around the time Battlefield 3 was released there was a Dr. Pepper promotion  which allowed players to redeem In game character camouflauge and dogtags by entering codes found under bottlecaps into a specific promotional webpage. Of course I like many others missed out on this promotion. After scouring the internet many people have claimed there is a "Promo Pack" similar to the "SPECACT and Dogtag bundle" available for purchase on the Xbox Live marketplace, PSN store, and Origin, but I cannot find the pack anywhere. Some people also claim that this pack in simply no longer available for purchase while others claim that is not available for purchase only in North America, because this is where the origional promo was held. Is it still possible to get this pack on xbox? I'd be more than willing to pay for it.

    I think you might be correct here, such a promo bundle is available for purchase outside of the USA. I was able to find the promo bundle on the Xbox Live Marketplace when using another country: http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-IE/Product/Battlefield-3-Promo-Bundle/f76b37ba-4d9c-477f-a7bb-da3aa19c78cc

    It contains 10 unique dog tags and a new multiplayer skin that were previously only available as a North American pre-order promotion for Battlefield 3. However, after changing the country back to USA it's no longer available for purchase. Also, I was not able to locate the promo bundle in the US Origin store.

    I'm afraid, it seems like the bundle won't be available for you ☹️

    So how do I get these things, can I not get it on the xbox marketplace?

    Unfortunately, it looks like the promo bundle is not available for purchase via the US marketplace since the promotion was held in this country.

    ....But can't download it in this region. I mean come on, it's like $2.00. It's been like 2 years, why not just release it to EVERYONE. I mean bungie did with Recon in Halo 3. I mean we had to work for it, but still! Ah well...Battlefield 4 is just around the corner but, even so the completionalist (and camouflage nut) in me will never be happy....

    There is a promo bundle in the US Store but as the OP found out it only contains the pre-order tags and Specact camo and not the Dr Pepper tags and camo like the Promo bundle outside of North America includes.
