Can't load into game, black screen with loading symbol in top right corner.

Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps and keep us updated:

- Repair your game via Origin. To do so, open your "My Games" library, click with the right mouse button on the BF4 icon and choose "Repair Install"

- Re-install Direct X and get the latest version of Microsoft .NET framework as well as MS C++ redist.

- Clean boot your system and/or disable your firewall

I have the same problem..repairing,  updating and disabling firewall did not help. I had this problem the day before yesterday but not yesterday. And now again. 

 Nor can I join campaign nor test range. The loading is also endless. I get no error messages or anything.

OS: win 7 x64

CPU: Q9550

GPU: gtx 560 ti 448

mem: 8gb ddr2

So we can determine the exact error could you please post a DXDiag, UOTrace and ping,

To Gather DXDiag Info,

1) Press Win+R
2) In the run box type 'DXDiag' then hit enter
3) If you have a 64-bit PC click the button 'Run 64-bit DxDiag' (if you have a 32bit PC this option will not be avaliable)
4)Press 'Save All Information'
5) To share this file with me upload it to http://hastebin.com/ and share URL

To UOTrace - http://help.ea.com/uk/article/how-to-uo-trace/

To Ping EA follow these steps,

1)Press Win+R, in the box type CMD and hit enter
2)Type into CMD 'ping easo.ea.com'
3)Hit enter and await results.

Well, dont know if I shold laugh or cry. Today its working again. If and I assume when the problem returns I will gether the DXDiag Info and return.
