Error : invalid license reason code missing amd_ags_x64.dll

I tried everything to get it to work but nothing. I keep getting this error. I've installed and uninstalled all the apps, I've done everything I searched and found on Google but nothing. I've also talked to EA's Live chat but they kept telling me things I'd already done. I don't know what else I could do.
