Every time I try to load into a game with friends my game crashes and takes me back to the dashboard. I thought it was hardcore doing this for a while until no matter what game I load into with friends it crash. I tried starting up a squad and did the same thing. Just when I'm playing solo this never happens

Try these two troubleshooting steps on your Xbox One:
If those steps do not help, try clearing the Xbox One's system cache by holding the power button down until the power brick's light turns to orange.
Is the game on a disc or is it digitally downloaded?
Okay, what I would do first is try to redownload the EA Access app and see if that improves the game's performance. If not, all I see left to do would be redownloading the whole game.
