Just as in title. I can join the game but everyone Has level 0. There is no level progress after the game and you cannot choose tank, plane and cavalry because then it disconnets. At first I thought it is just me but i see that everytime someone tries to choose one of these classes then this person gets disconncted from the lobby. Anyone know what to do? I play on ps5

You have to use a vehicle or try a weapon from premium pack. Otherwise everything is regular.
Same problem for me too on PlayStation:
all the Operstions game modes where are vehicles available will kick you out if you try to select any vehicle;
in any other game modes the premium pack content is not available (weapons).
This has happened already several times, it keeps repeating once in several months. All the users globally are affected, if I join any Operation mode game everyone plays without touching any vehicle after being kicked out several times :)
I can confirm that this thing was working for me on ps5
It is now affecting ALL active servers. Servers starting up new lobbies also do this.
Hey I even tried reinstalling the game, same issue. But what I found out, i switched to NA servers and it works normally. I always play on EU servers, seems like the issue is regional
Found temporary solution, i always play on german servers, I switched to North America and it is normal there, everything is perfect. Seems like EU servers are affected
