GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN

I don't understand Why I got this Issue from PB


"ERROR :Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'NightCAT_027' ... GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN 710638e8"



I never use any Hack/ cheat programs .
Following This step http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-2142/GLOBAL-PunkBuster-GUID-BAN-8a02f1f0/td-p/1427238[answers.ea.com] but it doesn't help

I've been try to Appeal this Ban to EvenBalance and got this Note

Note #3: The supplied GUID has been associated with hacking or interfering with the normal operation of our PunkBuster software and has therefore been compromised resulting in a global ban from PunkBuster enabled game servers. We have no way of knowing who was actually playing with this GUID at the time the violation was triggered. We also have no way to know if the violation was triggered on your specific computer. Our system does not collect personal information and furthermore we have no way to attach a cheat/hack violation to a specific person. This ban will not be lifted as then the person who did trigger the violation would again be able to join PunkBuster Servers using this GUID.

To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by PunkBuster, then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID.



according to Cheat and Hack tools, I didn't find my NAME/ID in the any Banlist 


But Still, I cant play Battlefield 3 anymore..that means ??

Need help please!!!

    If you were banned by Punkbuster or GGC-Stream, please know that EA Support cannot assist with unbanning your account.

    The error said you were banned from THAT server, are you able to play on any other servers or are you getting the same message for all Punkbuster enabled servers?

    If you are banned from all PB enabled servers you can still play on servers that do not run PB.

    I got so much question to this problem,I cant make it well.. just shoot by the points because my Bad english , but I dont care!

    1. Why I got this Issue?
    2. as I said, I'm not using any hack / cheat progams, so why I got Banned ?
    3. I cant find servers with PB is setting off, If I find it, it will just 1 or 2 server with Full of Hackers playing in
    4. Did I paid for this Issue ?
    5. Where's the PB manager ? I have to talk with him/ or maybe Her

    1  EA doesn't know why you have this issue, Punkbuster is a separate company from EA, only they can tell you why you were banned.  You did not answer my earlier question, are you able to play on other PB enabled servers (meaning you were just banned from a single server) or are you banned from all PB enabled servers?

    2.  Only Punkbuster can tell you why you were banned, it should have been contained in the email that you received from evenbalance.

    3.  The server browser filter is where you'll adjust your setting to find servers without PB running.

    4.  I do not understand your statement, please clarify.

    5.  There is no PB manager because Punkbuster is a completely separate company. from EA. You must contact evenbalance in order to appeal your punkbuster ban or have them answer your questions.  EA has no ability to unban you or even answer why PB banned you as EA has no access to PB systems.
