Horrible lag with really low ping (20 ~ 40 ms)

Hello.

I'm beginning to become fed up with all those bugs in this game. I just can't decently play it, and the worst is that it looks like a really great game. The most annoying, and the one that makes the game really unplayable, is the one which makes you lag as hell when you've got 20 ms ping. It just happend to me on the 2 servers I tried. People teleport randomly, the message saying I've been killed by someone pops up 5 seconds before my character really dies on my screen, my health reduces a while after i see the blood on my screen... I just can't play in those conditions, I know that I haven't a reaaly good connexion, but I've got only 20 ms ping, and no lag spikes !!! In other games, I begin to see some lags in-game after 150 ms, so what's happening with this one ? I saw that I'm not alone to experience this. I planned to buy Premium, but with this problem I'm not sure anymore.

Sorry if I look a bit angry, but I'm really tired to try during hours to correct a bug for running into another one. I just want to play this game, which looks amazing.
